Dwaine Clarke
Dwaine Clarke is the Founder of Clarke Investments and responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company, including its real estate funds and investment portfolios. With a focus on necessity-based real estate in high-growth markets. Dwaine's experience stems from his decade running American Net Lease where he has assisted investors in the the acquisition of over $350 million in real estate transactions across more than 40 states.
Before starting Clarke Investments, Dwaine began his real estate career as a house flipper before expanding into property management, brokerage, and private equity. His diverse background and hands-on experience have equipped him with a deep understanding of real estate operations and investment strategy.
Dwaine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Computer Science from American International College.
Dwaine lives in Fort Myers, Florida, with his wife and two children.
